Dr. Sanford A. Barber, Dr. Sanford A. Barber has been in practice in Rockville, Md. for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After 2 years in the U. S. Air Force Dental Corps, he returned to the University of Maryland for his speciality training in Periodontics. He is a former Associate Clinical Professor and past vice president of the Metropolitan Washington Society of Periodontics. From Left to Right Sandra Rehder, B.A., Practice Administrator, is a graduate of Elon College, and has over 25 years experience in the dental profession with the last 15 here at Randolph Hills Periodontics. Brandi Stiber-Powell, CDA, trained at Harcum College in Brwyn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In addition to her dental assisting, Brandi has training as an EMT. Vanessa Ford-Ruiz, RDH, is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dental Hygiene and has over 15 years experience here in treating Periodontal and Implant patients.
